#18 - Ride a New Animal (contributed by Brian Moore)

October 4, 2009 - West Springfield, MA - Went to the Big E, or the Eastern States Exposition, with Julie Walker, Stephanie Slezycki and Jon Selby. It's basically a county fair for the New England states, complete with broken rides, unusual deep-fried foods (We tried the Oreos. I was underwhelmed.), and of course a petting zoo. The petting zoo advertised rides on a camel or elephant. I would have gone for both, but apparently only the elephant was available for riding. Not the most exciting animal ride ever, as all we did was go around in a circle, but still an animal ride nonetheless.
