#54 - Smoke a Brisket (contributed by Brett Bickel)

October 11-12, 2009 - Groton, CT - Dennis Ljubicic brought his smoker over and we cooked up brisket and a pork butt. Made a whole night of it, as both cuts of meat take many, many hours in the smoker. We put everything on at 10pm Sunday night, started drinking, and it came off at 4pm Monday. We somehow managed to wake up every hour during the night to check the smoker. The result? Deeeeeeeeeeelicious.
